Resistance is when we fight against change when we try to control things outside of our control. It can be fear, doubt, guilt, or judgment keeping us stuck. And guess what? Your body is listening. When you resist letting go, your body holds onto emotions, and those emotions can turn into real physical symptoms! 🧐

How to Let Go 🤼
How do you move through resistance and into ease?
- Body Scan -close your eyes. Breathe. Scan your body from head to toe. Notice any tightness, bloating, or discomfort. That’s where resistance might be hiding. 🩸💚
- Acknowledge Your Emotions – What are you feeling? Fear? Anxiety? Guilt? Say it out loud. When you name it, you can begin to release it. 🌠
- Let Go of Control – Not everything is yours to fix. Breathe deeply and remind yourself: “I surrender what is not mine to carry.” Feel the shift. 💕
- Move Your Body – Energy needs movement to flow. Dance, stretch, shake it off! Your body will thank you. 🏃♀️💃
- Choose Love Over Fear – The old way is fear, doubt, guilt, and judgment. The new way? LOVE. Authenticity. Presence. When you let go, you create space for what truly matters. 🌟
At the end of the day, the choice is yours. Will you stay in resistance and illness? Or will you step into wellness and flow? 🤍
This year, my theme is Just Choose Life🌱. It’s about choosing what really matters. Choosing YOU. So, ask yourself: What emotions am I holding onto? What can I release today? 👀
